How we proceed and operate

We allocate a dedicated team to ensure a regular follow-up of the project from its inception, with weekly reports and a daily assistance guaranteeing an effective collaboration.

We manage the invitations and registrations from A to Z from the creation and sending of all necessary documents (invitations, registration forms), to the set up of on-line registrations, permanent phone lines and by dedicating a perfectly multilingual (French, English, Spanish, Arabic) project management staff that will do the follow-up before, during and after the operation.
