GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
This Website is owned by Visit Morocco Travel & Events ("we", "us"). By registering and/or using this Website, You agree to the following terms, rules and regulations without limitation or qualification ("Terms and Conditions").
We may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions. You are bound by such revisions and should therefore periodically review these Terms and Conditions. Your use of this Website shall indicate your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, please do not use this Website.
This document has an informative aspect and is to be sent attached to the pro forma invoice in order to allow clients to establish their final purchase order.
Without prior written notification sent by the client, within seven (7) days after receipt of these general terms & conditions, the present general terms & conditions cannot be modified and will be considered as valid and accepted by the client. They shall be the only applicable and prevailing terms.
1. SERVICES TO SUPPLY & MODIFICATIONS
All services to be supplied are listed in the pro forma invoice, quantified and priced, accompanying this document. The pro forma invoice may be updated throughout the handling of the file, taking into consideration any modifications that may occur. The rates applicable to the services will form the basis of the final invoice.
2. PRESENTATION OF RATES
All rates are net of commissions unless otherwise specified.
All rates exclude VAT unless otherwise specified.
All rates are indicated in USD, AED or EUR.
3. CASH MONEY DISTRIBUTION
If the client wishes Visit Morocco Travel & Events to distribute cash allowances to participants, we will be pleased to do so and to maintain signed records on their behalf. A 10% administrative fee will be applied for this service.
4. PAYMENTS OF EXTRAS & INCIDENTALS
If you wish to transfer incidental charges or additional services to the master bill, we will be pleased to handle this. A 10% service charge will apply.
5. MEANS OF PAYMENT
Payments can be made via bank transfer (bank details will be specified on the invoice) or by credit card (Visa & Mastercard).
Credit card payments are processed through a secure online payment gateway provided by Paytabs, ensuring confidentiality and security in accordance with the latest standards. We do not store or have access to any credit card information.
6. CANCELLATION FEES & REFUNDS
Partial or total cancellation fees will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the services.
In the event of an approved cancellation, and after deduction of all applicable fees, any due refund will be processed within seven (7) working days using the same method of payment.
Refund requests will be accepted from the moment of confirmation up to one (1) month after completion of the services.
7. RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
Visit Morocco Travel & Events acts as an intermediary between the client and third-party suppliers (such as transportation companies, hotels, restaurants, etc.) involved in the services included in the program. Therefore, we decline responsibility for any deficiencies in those services, as well as for any injury, accident, delay or other incidents affecting participants or their personal belongings.
Force Majeure
Visit Morocco Travel & Events shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, civil unrest, strikes, riots, epidemics, quarantines, delays, or any cause beyond our control.
8. CLAIMS & INSURANCE
Claims related to services
Any claim regarding non-delivery of services (e.g. meeting rooms, transportation failure, catering issues), excluding force majeure cases and outside the direct responsibility of Visit Morocco Travel & Events, must be reported in writing on-site to the supplier. Claims submitted more than 24 hours after the incident will not be considered.
Claims related to loss or damage
In case of damage to personal belongings or theft, the insurance of the responsible supplier will apply. A formal report must be made immediately, and a written claim submitted on-site to the supplier or to the relevant local authorities.
Insurance
While most suppliers carry their own insurance, we strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive personal travel insurance.
9. DISPUTE & LITIGATION
Disputes
Any dispute arising from the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions must be submitted in writing to Visit Morocco Travel & Events within seven (7) days of receipt. After this period, the Terms & Conditions will be deemed accepted.
Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in termination of the collaboration and suspension of all obligations and responsibilities of Visit Morocco Travel & Events.
Litigation
A mutual amicable solution will always be sought first. Clients are invited to submit all disputes in writing.
If no agreement can be reached, disputes will be submitted to the competent commercial authorities in Morocco. If necessary, the Moroccan commercial courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
(All content remains applicable, with “we/us” referring to Visit Morocco Travel & Events.)
18. PRIVACY
We handle personal data in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Morocco.
19. GOVERNING LAW
To the fullest extent permitted by law, these Terms & Conditions and your use of the Website are governed by the laws of Morocco. You agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco for any dispute arising from these Terms.
20. AMENDMENTS
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our Website.
21. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate these Terms & Conditions and any agreement with immediate effect in case of breach.
22. OUR RELATIONSHIP
Nothing in these Terms shall create any agency, partnership, joint venture or employment relationship between you and us.
23. GENERAL
If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
Headings are for reference purposes only.
Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of our rights.
The term "Website" includes any communication or content provided through it.
